New Circle makes a circular impact worldwide
In the coming years, the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) will be placing a strong focus on international circular impact within the construction sector. More and more countries are looking for ways to reduce environmental pressure, make construction methods more sustainable and reuse materials. Dutch knowledge and innovations, including New Circle’s solutions, are therefore becoming increasingly relevant worldwide.
An important tool in this respect is the sector guide “The Dutch circular built environment”. In the Netherlands, this guide is used to find the right partners, experts and innovators, but it is also playing an increasingly important role internationally. RVO actively shares the guide during trade and economic missions, so that foreign parties can quickly gain insight into Dutch circular solutions.
One of these missions takes place during the Expo in Japan, where the Dutch construction and sustainability sector presents itself to a global audience. At the Expo, opportunities are discussed in the fields of circular construction, biobased materials, demountability and new collaborations between Dutch companies and international clients. RVO facilitates matchmaking, talks with policymakers and the forming of international partnerships.
