The role

Talent Developer / HR Project Coordinator (32 hours a week)

In this role, you help people and the organisation get the best out of themselves. You work within the framework of the JTF project, focusing on developing, deploying and strengthening talent within New Circle. You also take care of the HR side of the JTF grant.

You will have plenty of freedom to shape your role, work on a variety of projects and actively contribute to the growth of both your colleagues and the organisation.

What will you be doing?

• Mapping employees’ talents, motivations and competencies

• Guiding employees in changing roles and projects that suit their talents

• Contributing to development programmes such as coaching, mentoring and training

• Improving performance by putting talent in the right place

• Gathering and sharing knowledge and experience to encourage learning and improvement

• Handling HR tasks arising from the JTF grant
