Sales Support / Back Office Assistant (32 hours a week)

In this role, you bring structure, continuity and oversight to the commercial process. You support the sales team, follow up on contacts and help build a professional, scalable sales process.

What will you be doing?

• Supporting the sales team
• Following up on customer contacts
• Sending out mailings and messages
• Managing customer and contact data
• Bringing structure to processes
• Assisting with quotations and appointments
• Keeping track of ongoing projects
• Contributing to a professional sales process
• Working with inbound sales and field sales
