Field Sales Manager (32 hours a week)
In this role, you are the face of New Circle in the market. You actively build relationships with companies, visit customers, hold conversations at different levels and turn interest into lasting partnerships.
You are not a traditional salesperson but a relationship builder: someone who builds trust, makes connections and develops partnerships.
What will you be doing?
- Proactively approaching and visiting companies
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Holding introductory and advisory meetings
- Gaining insight into customer needs
- Translating needs into solutions
- Setting up and developing partnerships
- Representing New Circle in the market
- Working with inbound sales and the back office
- Contributing to market development and growth
