Meet Bryan Paartman of New Circle

How does New Circle position itself as the go-to reliable partner for wholesalers? That’s exactly what Bryan Paartman is getting his teeth into!

As an intern, Bryan is carrying out an in-depth study of our visibility and building a strong benchmark for our products. He takes a critical look, analyses the competition and lays the foundations for our strategic choices.

He would also like to develop his skills in general marketing work.

“I’d like to gain more hands-on experience, so I better understand how strategic plans are translated into concrete actions and campaigns. That way I can combine my analytical skills with practical marketing experience and ultimately add more value to the team!”

According to Bryan, the biggest misconception about circular and biobased construction is that it is weaker or less sturdy than conventional construction. That’s simply not true. This way of building can actually be strong, durable and better for the environment.

What Bryan enjoys most about working at New Circle is the pleasant, open company culture. There’s a good atmosphere where you can be yourself and where colleagues help each other out. The flexible workspaces are great too, and you’re free to plan your own schedule. So if I decide to work from home on Thursday and be in the office on Tuesday, that’s all possible thanks to the flexible workspaces. Being given that much freedom shows a lot of trust and gives you real responsibility, and that makes this a motivating and comfortable place to work.

Bryan’s tip for new colleagues: have a chat with the people you work with and you’ll feel completely at home in no time!

“Outside work, I enjoy playing football, going to the gym and doing fun things with friends at the weekend.”

What many people don’t know about me is that I play a lot of Brawl Stars.
